When you browse internet there are lots of temporary files stored at your
PC. It stores at a folder named "Temp" which makes your pc slower. You
can stop it automatically. At Internet Explorer when you are offline follow
this

Go to
** Internet >> Options>> Temporary Internet tools
** History settings tab >> click on Never >> Ok

From now temporary files will remove automatically from your PC.

NB: Some websites like Facebook will not open at your browser if temporary
files are turned off. so, keep it in your mind, on the situation basis you might
change the settings.
