To change the settings of the control panel several we take help from control panel.
Generally we go to control panel by start>settings>control panel or from windows explorer.

But We can do it from our desktop directly :

>First right click on the desktop
>Create a New Folder
>Rename it by " Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} "

See Your New Folder became Control Panel Icon!
Now go to control panel by just clicking on the Icon.
